भिलाईनगर। नगर पालिक निगम भिलाई क्षेत्र के वार्ड 67 में विभिन्न विकास कार्यों के लिए आज महापौर एवं भिलाई नगर विधायक देवेन्द्र यादव ने वार्डवासियों की उपस्थिति में भूमिपूजन किया। सेक्टर 08 के वार्ड में 06 अलग अलग स्थानों पर पेवर ब्लॉक लगाए जाएंगे। वार्ड में वृहद स्तर पर विकास कार्यों की सौगात मिलने से वार्ड के नागरिकों ने महापौर यादव का आत्मीय किया और वार्ड की स्वच्छता और सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए लगाए जाने वाले पेवर ब्लाॅक के लिए आभार व्यक्त किए। महापौर यादव के द्वारा वार्ड भ्रमण के दौरान वार्डवासियों ने पाथवे निर्माण की मांग किए थे, जिसे महापौर ने कार्य की स्वीकृति कराकर आज विकास कार्य की सौगात दिए! भिलाई निगम क्षेत्र के जोन 01 नेहरूनगर अंतर्गत वार्ड 67 में 50 लाख की लागत से विकास कार्यों की शुरूआत करने महापौर देवेन्द्र यादव ने सेक्टर 08 के सड़क 11, सड़क 32, सड़क 20 – 21 के बीच तीन अलग-अलग स्थानों पर वार्ड के वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की उपस्थिति में भूमिपूजन किया। यादव ने उपस्थितजनों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि भिलाई शहर की सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए लगातार विकास कार्य किए जा रहे है। बीसएपी क्षेत्र में भी निगम की ओर से विभिन्न सेक्टरों में खेल मैदान, वृहद स्तर पर पेवर ब्लाॅक लगाए जा रहे है। उन्होंने बताया कि शीघ्र ही सेक्टर 05 शहीद पार्क का लोकार्पण होगा। स्वच्छता, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा एवं खेल को लेकर निगम के सभी वार्डों में कार्य किए जा रहे है। सेक्टर क्षेत्र की पुरानी ग्लोरी को लौटाने तथा मूलभूत सुविधाओं और सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए और भी विकास किए जाएंगे। कार्यक्रम पश्चात महापौर यादव ने स्थानीय नागरिकों के साथ पेवर ब्लाॅक लगने वाले स्थानों का दौरा किए। वार्ड के विभिन्न सड़कों के किनारे पेवर ब्लाॅक लगाए जाने से बारिश के सीजन में कीचड़ से निजात मिलने के साथ ही वार्ड की सुंदरता और स्वच्छता भी बढ़ेगी। भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम में अंताव्यावसायी सहकारी समिति एवं वित्त विकास निगम की उपाध्यक्ष नीता लोधी, तुलसी साहू, महापौर परिषद की सदस्य सुभद्रा सिंह एवं लक्ष्मपति राजू, यशवंत धोटे, एल्डरमेन नरसिंहनाथ, केशव चौबे, रमाकांत देशलहरे, जी. याकूब, निगम से सहायक अभियंता सुनील दुबे एवं उप अभियंता आलोक पसीने सहित क्षेत्र के वरिष्ठ नागरिक उपस्थित थे।
