भिलाई नगर: सेल बीएसपी के निदेशक प्रभारी ने लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने और भिलाई के गौरव को बहाल करने हेतु सुरक्षित और स्मार्ट काम करने पर दिया जोर
निदेशक प्रभारी, सेल-भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र अनिर्बान दासगुप्ता और कार्यपालक निदेशकों ने नववर्ष, 01 जनवरी, 2021 के अवसर पर एक वेब बातचीत के माध्यम से भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र के कर्मचारियों के क्रॉस सेक्शन को संबोधित किया। शुरुआत में निदेशक प्रभारी, सेल-भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र ने सुरक्षा शपथ दिलाई और बीएसपी के कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षा शेडूल समर्पित किया। इसके पूर्व सुबह निदेशक प्रभारी, सेल-भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र ने इस्पात भवन में तथा कार्यपालक निदेशक (वर्क्स) ने सयंत्र भवन में सुरक्षा झंडा फहराया।
मानस विश्वास, कार्यपालक निदेशक (माइन्स और रौघाट), एस के इस्सर, कार्यपालक निदेशक प्रभारी (एम एंड एचएस), राकेश, कार्यपालक निदेशक (एमएम), राजीव सहगल, कार्यपालक निदेशक (वर्क्स), एके भट्टा, कार्यपालक निदेशक (प्रोजेक्ट्स) एस के दुबे, कार्यपालक निदेशक (पी एंड ए) और सुरेश रंगानी, सीजीएम प्रभारी (वित्त एवं लेखा) ने नए साल के अवसर पर कर्मचारियों को बधाई दी और कर्मचारियों से एस ओ पी और एस एम पी का पालन करने और वर्ष 2021 को एक दुर्घटना-मुक्त वर्ष बनाने का आग्रह किया ।
अनिर्बन दासगुप्ता ने कहा कि प्रबंधन भिलाई में तथा खदानों में कर्मचारियों और साथ ही उनके परिवार जनों का ऋणी हैं, जिन्होंने अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के सह्योग के कारण ही चुनौतीपूर्ण समय में कुशलता से काम किया। नए साल के अवसर पर कर्मचारियों को बधाई देते हुए दासगुप्ता ने सभी को स्वस्थ और समृद्ध रहने के लिए अपनी अपनी शुभकामनाएँ दी । हमारा लक्ष्य 2021 में शून्य दुर्घटनाएं होना चाहिए। हमें एक मजबूत सुरक्षा संस्कृति का पालन करना चाहिए और काम पर सुरक्षित प्रक्रियाओं का कड़ाई से पालन करना चाहिए।
जनवरी 2021 के महीने के लिए लक्ष्य पर विस्तार करते हुए निदेशक प्रभारी, सेल-भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र ने कहा कि हमें इस महीने में 5.04 लाख टन हॉट मेटल के मासिक रिकॉर्ड को पार करने के लिए काम करना होगा । उन्होंने कहा कि एसएमएस 2 और एसएमएस 3 दोनों के लिए लक्ष्य 2.5 लाख टन है। एसएमएस 3 को जनवरी और आने वाले महीनों में प्रति दिन 50 हीट उत्पादन करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए । बार एंड रॉड मिल के लक्ष्य के बारे में उन्होंने कहा कि जनवरी 2021 में इस मिल को 60,000 टन उत्पादन से आगे निकल जाना चाहिए। जनवरी को प्लेट मिल का लक्ष्य 1.10 लाख टन हासिल करना है। कोक ओवन की टीम को ओवन पुशिंग रूट को बढ़ाने के लिए भी कमर कस लेना चाहिए। दासगुप्ता ने आगे कहा कि वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष के चौथे तिमाही में हमें मोडेक्स इकाइयों की रेटेड क्षमता प्राप्त करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए और एससीमेट्रिक रेल की मांग को पूरा करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए।
दासगुप्ता ने अन्य प्राथमिकताओं के बारे में बताया कि हमारे प्लांट में इन्वेंट्री के स्तर को और कम करने और कल पुर्जों के तर्कसंगत उपभोग की आवश्यकता है। हमें पर्यावरण के अनुकूल उपायों को अपनाना चाहिए। वायर रॉड मिल और मर्चेंट मिल को आधुनिक बनने कि आवश्यकता पर जोर देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हम वर्तमान में एसएमएस 1 – बीबीएम रूट से हट के अब एसएमएस 2 और एसएमएस 3 रूट से इन पुराने मिलों के लिए स्टील का उत्पादन करने हेतु परिवर्तन चरण से गुजर रहे हैं।
वर्तमान बाजार परिदृश्य हमारे सामने अनेक अवसर प्रस्तुत करता है, निदेशक प्रभारी, सेल-भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र दासगुप्ता ने कहा कि हमें मिलकर इस पर काम करने और भिलाई स्टील प्लांट की महिमा को बहाल करने के लिए काम करना चाहिए।
