भिलाई नगर/ कौशल बिल्डिंकॉन पर आज दूसरी बड़ी कार्रवाई की गई है! रेरा में पंजीयन कराए बिना अवैध प्लाटिंग करने के उद्देश्य से प्रचार करने का मामला सामने आया है! जिसकी सूचना मिलने पर कोहका कुरूद रोड स्थित 4 मंजिला बिल्डिंग को सील करने की कार्रवाई की गई है! प्रचार एवं अवैध प्लाटिंग की गतिविधियां कार्यालय से संचालित की जा रही थी! आज जोन आयुक्त सुनील अग्रहरि की टीम ने कोहका कुरूद रोड पहुंचकर कौशल बिल्डिंकॉन के ऑफिस को सील करने की कार्रवाई की! इस दौरान कुछ लोग शासकीय कार्य में अवरोध उत्पन्न करने की कोशिश कर रहे थे, जिन्हें सहायक अभियंता अनिल सिंह ने समझाइश देकर कार्यवाही पूर्ण कराया! जोन क्रमांक 1 के सहायक अभियंता अनिल सिंह ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि कौशल बिल्डिंकॉन के संचालक को उनके पते पर दो बार नोटिस भेजा गया, तीसरी बार उनके पते पर नोटिस चस्पा किया गया! परंतु संचालक के द्वारा पत्र का कोई भी जवाब अवैध प्लाटिंग के संबंध में प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया जिस पर आज दल बल के साथ पहुंचकर कौशल बिल्डकॉन के दफ्तर को सील करने की कार्यवाही की गई!
सिंह ने आगे बताया कि कौशल कंस्ट्रक्शन के द्वारा ब्रोशर के माध्यम से अवैध प्लाटिंग को लेकर विज्ञापन प्रकाशित कर प्रचार-प्रसार किया जा रहा था! रेरा में भी पंजीयन नहीं कराया गया है जिससे छ.ग. भू राजस्व संहिता 1959, छ.ग. नगर पालिक निगम तथा नगरपालिका (कॉलोनाइजर का रजिस्ट्रीकरण निरबंधन तथा शर्तें) नियम 2013, छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम 1973 का उल्लंघन है! शासकीय नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हुए अवैध कॉलोनी विकसित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रचार किया जा रहा था! कौशल कंस्ट्रक्शन को पत्र के माध्यम से सूचित कर पर्याप्त अवसर देने के बाद भी जवाब प्रस्तुत नहीं करने के कारण उनके दफ्तर को सील करने की कार्रवाई की गई है! निगम आयुक्त ऋतुराज रघुवंशी ने अवैध प्लाटिंग एवं अवैध निर्माण पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश जोन आयुक्तों को दिए हुए हैं! गौरतलब है कि कुछ दिन पूर्व जुनवानी रोड में निर्माणाधीन बीएसबीके पेट्रोल पंप के सामने अवैध प्लाटिंग के विक्रय के लिए कौशल बिल्डकॉन द्वारा स्टॉल लगाया था! उपायुक्त अशोक द्विवेदी के निर्देश पर सामग्रियों को निगम ने जब्ती किया था! जिसमें लेंस युक्त मशीन जो कि जमीन समतलीकरण के लिए उपयोग की जाती है! स्टॉप मशीन, लेआउट प्लान (ब्रोशर), टोटल स्टेशन, ड्राई पोर्ट जैसी सामग्रियां शामिल थी! अवैध प्लाटिंग पर लगाम कसने के लिए निगम द्वारा लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है! कई लोगों पर एफआईआर दर्ज हो चुके हैं! आज की कार्यवाही में भवन अनुज्ञा शाखा के उप अभियंता सिद्धार्थ साहू, जोन क्रमांक 1 के सहायक राजस्व अधिकारी शरद दुबे, दिनेश भिंडे एवं पुलिस प्रशासन सहित निगम के अन्य अधिकारी/कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे!
