बिलासपुर । प्रदेश सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना गोधन न्याय योजना के माध्यम से जिले में गोबर गैस संयंत्र स्थापित किये गये हैं। कुल 13 गोबर गैस संयंत्र स्थापित करने की स्वीकृति मिली है। जिनमें से 4 संयंत्र शुरू किये जा चुके हैं। इनका सफल संचालन स्व-सहायता समूहों द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
ग्रामीण तबके के लोगों को अब भोजन बनाने के लिये लकड़ी या गैस सिलेंडर पर निर्भर रहने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। सरकार ने ग्रामीण लोगों की सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखकर गोधन न्याय योजना शुरू की है। इस योजना के तहत जिले में गोबर गैस प्लांट शुरू किया गया है। जिले के नरगोड़ा, बोहराडीह, सोन, पोंड़ी, ठरकपुर, जुहली, चिस्दा, धनिया, पटैता, शिवतराई एवं मोहदा ग्राम पंचायत में गोबर गैस प्लांट की स्वीकृति मिली है। इनमें से 4 ग्राम पंचायतों गनियारी, भदौरा, चिस्दा व बोहराडीह में संयंत्र स्थापित किया जा चुका है। इन स्थानों पर हितग्राहियों द्वारा गौबर गैस का उपयोग भी शुरू किया जा चुका है। गोधन न्याय योजना के तहत स्थापित संयंत्र से हितग्राहियों को रसोई गैस तो मिल ही रही है। साथ ही इसके माध्यम से गोबर खाद भी प्राप्त हो रहा है। संयंत्र से निकलने वाली गोबर खाद हितग्राहियों द्वारा नहीं लेने की स्थिति में गौठानों को विक्रय करने की योजना है।
एक प्लांट स्थापित करने में 9 लाख 81 हजार 750 रूपये खर्च होगा। जिसका वहन स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के तहत किया जाएगा। प्लांट स्थापित करने के लिये कार्य एजेंसी संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत को बनाया गया है। संयंत्र के स्थापना के बाद इसके संचालन की जिम्मेदारी स्व-सहायता समूहों को दी गई है।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत गोबर संयंत्र में गोबर की आपूर्ति के लिये हितग्राहियों को जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। जिन्होंने गैस का कनेक्शन ले रखा है। वर्तमान में व्यवस्था के अनुसार गोबर गैस प्राप्त करने के लिये हितग्राहियों को सुबह-शाम गोबर की व्यवस्था कर संबंधित समूह को देना होगा।
समूह द्वारा उक्त गोबर को निर्धारित प्रक्रिया में घोल बनाकर संयंत्र में डाला जाएगा। ताकि उसमें से गैस तैयार कर पाईप लाईन के माध्यम से हितग्राहियों के घर तक पहुंचाया जा सके। भदौरा पंचायत में आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र में स्थापित संयंत्र के अंतर्गत 10 घरों में कनेक्शन दिया गया है। इसी तरह गनियारी के गौठान में स्थापित संयंत्र से अस्पताल आने वाले मरीजों के लिये भोजन तैयार करने वाले समूह को गैस कनेक्शन दिया गया है।
