दुनियाभर में कोरोना से मचे हाहाकार और नए स्ट्रेन के तेजी से प्रसार के बीच भारत में भी कोरोना के टीकाकरण अभियान को जल्द से जल्द शुरू किया जा सकता है। टीकाकरण अभियान में किसी तरह की चूक से बचने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने अपनी तैयारी पूरी कर ली है। देश के सभी राज्यों में ड्राई रन चलाया जा रहा है। भारत जैसे ज्यादा आबादी वाले देश में एक भी नागरिक कोरोना टीके से न छूटे इसके लिए सरकार यह अभियान ठीक वैसे ही चलाएगी जैसे चुनाव कराए जाते हैं। इसके लिए बूथ स्तर तक पहुंच बनाई जााएगी। टीकाकरण अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए अभी तक 57 हजार से ज्यादा प्रतिभागियों को ट्रेनिंग दी जा चुकी है।
केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने कोरोना के टीकाकरण को लेकर कहा कि टीकाकरण अभियान बूथ स्तर तक नियोजित चुनाव प्रक्रिया पर आधारित है। 719 जिलों में 57,000 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर लिया है। 96,000 टीकाकारों को अब तक प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। बताते चलें कि कोरोना वैक्सीन को लेकर DCGI रविवार यानी आज प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर सुबह 11 बजे बड़ा ऐलान कर सकता है।
तैयार किए गए दो हजार मास्टर ट्रेनर
हर्षवर्धन ने बताया कि वैक्सिनेशन के लिए करीब दो हजार मास्टर ट्रेनर तैयार किए गए हैं। जिस तरह चुनाव के समय बूथ पर तैनात कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है, उसी तरह सभी स्वास्थ्य कर्मी प्रशिक्षित किए गए हैं। करीब 150 पेज की विस्तृत दिशानिर्देश तैयार किया गया है। हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि देश को टीकाकरण का लंबा अनुभव है। हर साल करोड़ों बच्चों को टीका दिया जाता है। रूबेला की रोकथाम के लिए दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा टीकाकरण अभियान भारत में चलाया गया। पोलियो से पीड़ित 60 फीसद बच्चे भारत में होते थे। टीकाकरण के जरिये ही बीमारी को खत्म किया गया। उन अनुभवों का इस्तेमाल करके कोरोना के टीकाकरण की तैयारी की गई है।
टीकाकरण अभियान में मदद के लिए जुटे है कई मंत्रालय
गौरतलब है कि कोविड- 19 के लिए नैशनल एक्सपर्ट ग्रुप ऑन वैक्सीन ऐडमिनिस्ट्रेशन (NEGVA) के मार्गदर्शन में कई मंत्रालय और विभाग टीकाकरण अभियान में मदद के लिए जुटे हुए हैं। इसके लिए कोरोना के टीके लगाने के लिए यूनिवर्सल इम्युनाइजेशन प्रोग्राम (UIP) के तहत जिन भी साइट्स का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है, किया जाएगा। UIP के तहत भारत के पास 28,900 से ज्यादा कोल्ड चेन पॉइंट्स हैं और 85,000 से ज्यादा उपकरण हैं।
हुआ था टीकाकरण का पूर्वाभ्यास
देश में कोविड-19 टीकाकरण अभियान बड़े पैमाने पर चलाने की तैयारियों के तहत शनिवार को सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में इसका पूर्वाभ्यास किया गया। साथ में केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हषवर्धन ने लोगों से टीके के सुरक्षित होने और इसकी प्रभाव क्षमता के बारे में अफवाहों से गुमराह नहीं होने की अपील की। हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि टीकाकरण के प्रथम चरण में सर्वाधिक प्राथमिकता वाले लोगों को निशुल्क टीका उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा, जिनमें एक करोड़ स्वास्थ्यकर्मी और अग्रिम मोर्चे के दो करोड़ कर्मी शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राथमिकता के आधार पर 27 करोड़ लोगों को जुलाई तक किस तरह से टीका लगाया जाएगा, इस बारे में ब्यौरे को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है। इन लाभार्थियों में 50 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोग और पहले से किसी बीमारी से ग्रसित इससे कम उम्र के लोग शामिल हैं। राजधानी में तीन स्थानों पर कोविड-19 टीकाकरण का पूर्वाभ्यास किया गया। दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के लोगों को कोविड-19 का टीका निशुल्क लगाया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार टीकाकरण अभियान के लिए तैयारियां कर चुकी है। टीकाकरण पूर्वाभ्यास के तहत दरियागंज में एक केंद्र के दौरे पर पहुंचे जैन ने संवाददाताओं से बातचीत में कहा कि अब तक पूरी व्यवस्था त्रुटिरहित लग रही है। राज्यों की राजधानियों में कम से कम तीन-तीन स्थानों पर पूर्वाभ्यास किया गया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कुछ राज्यों ने टीकाकरण पूर्वाभ्यास के लिए ऐसे जिलों को शामिल किया है जो दुर्गम स्थानों पर हैं। महाराष्ट्र, केरल और गुजरात ने चार-चार जिलों में, कर्नाटक और तमिलनाडु ने पांच-पांच जिलों में, जबकि राजस्थान ने सात जिलों में टीकाकरण का पूर्वाभ्यास किया।
