बिलासपुर । स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर जिला पंचायत परिसर में प्रारंभ किये गये गढ़कलेवा को लोगों का अच्छा प्रतिसाद मिल रहा है। महिलाओं को इससे रोजगार भी मिला है। छत्तीसगढ़ी व्यंजनों से सुसज्जित गढ़कलेवा में प्रवेश करते ही छत्तीसगढ़ की संस्कृति देखने को मिलती है। गढ़कलेवा में प्रतिदिन लगने वाली लोगों की भीड़ इसके सफल संचालन को साबित करने के लिये पर्याप्त है। गढ़कलेवा का संचालन बिलासा महिला स्व-सहायता समूह द्वारा किया जा रहा है। इसमें 12 सदस्य हैं। समूह की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सहोदरा सोनी ने बताया कि गढ़कलेवा का संचालन प्रतिदिन सवेरे 9 बजे से शाम 6 बजे तक किया जाता है। यहां छत्तीसगढ़ के पारंपरिक व्यंजन जैसे चीला, फरा, बफरा, चैसेला, धुसका, उड़द बड़ा, मूंग बड़ा, माडा पीठा, पान रोटी, गुलगुला, बबरा, पीडिया, अरसा, खाजा, पूरन लड्डू, खुरमी, देहरौरी, करी लड्डू और पपची का विक्रय किया जाता है। छत्तीसगढ़ी व्यंजनों का स्वाद चखने के लिये लोगों की लम्बी कतार यहां देखी जा सकती है। गढ़कलेवा से न केवल छत्तीसगढ़ की संस्कृति से लोग परिचित हो रहे हैं। अपितु महिलाओं को भी रोजगार मिला है।
