सीएम शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने नगर निगम द्वारा तैयार किया गया इंदौर का विजन डॉक्यूमेंट देखा।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराजसिंह चौहान ने बुधवार को नगर निगम द्वारा तैयार किया गया इंदौर का विजन डॉक्यूमेंट देखा। इसमें मुख्य रूप से ट्रैफिक का मास्टर प्लान, भीड़ भरे इलाकों में केबल कार चलाने की योजना शामिल थी। प्रजेंटेशन देखने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री ने व्यस्ततम क्षेत्रों में केबल कार चलाने की योजना को सहमति दे दी। इसके साथ ही इंदौर में अब रोपवे केबल कार चलने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। इसी के साथ इंदौर केबल कार चलाने वाला प्रदेश का पहला शहर बन जाएगा। कलेक्टर मनीष सिंह ने इंदौर के विकास के लिए प्रगति रोडमैप का प्रजेंटेशन दिया। इसे देखने के बाद सीएम ने कहा कि भविष्य में ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को सुगम बनाने में केबल कार की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रहेगी।

विजन डॉक्यूमेंट के जरिए सड़कों के साथ ही पानी, स्टॉर्म वाटर, स्ट्रीट लाइट की तैयारियों से संबंधित जानकारी भी सीएम को दी गई। स्किल डेवलपमेंट और एकेवीएन द्वारा तैयार प्रजेंटेशन भी दिया गया। ट्रैफिक के मास्टर प्लान पर भी बात हुई। इसमें आउटर रिंग रोड के साथ शहर की प्रमुख सड़कें और मेजर रोड के साथ ही मेट्रो, आईएसबीटी के साथ बसों की संख्या 1600 करने संबंधी बात की गई। ग्रीन फ्यूल को बढ़ावा देने के साथ इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की बढ़ोतरी करने के साथ ही भीड़ भरे इलाकों में सुचारू आवागमन के लिए केबल कार चलाने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया। खंडवा रोड सहित कई सड़कों को लेकर मिसिंग लिंक की रिपोर्ट मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष पेश की गई। इसमें बताया गया कि कौन से प्रोजेक्ट अभी अधूरे हैं। इसके अलावा लोहा मंडी, जूनी इंदौर मंडी, रेती मंडी को शिफ्ट करने की भी मांग रखी गई।
1100 एकड़ जमीन किसानों ने सीएम को सौंपी
देश में किसानों की सहमति से जमीन लेकर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र विकसित करने के लिए पहली लैंड पूल स्कीम पीथमपुर में लागू हो रही है। योजना के पहले पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में अंबापुरा, सलमपुर, काली बिल्लौद व रणमल बिल्लौद के 121 किसानों ने बुधवार को सीएम शिवराज को अपनी 1100 एकड़ जमीन औपचारिक रूप से सौंप दी। बदले में किसानों को मुआवजा राशि का 20 फीसदी यानी 95 करोड़ 22 लाख रुपए खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दिए गए। शेष 80 फीसदी राशि विकसित प्लॉट के रूप में किसान को करार के तीन साल के भीतर दी जाएगी। इन प्लॉट को किसान अपने हिसाब से उपयोग कर सकेगा, चाहे तो वह खुद इंडस्ट्री डाले, किसी को किराए पर दे या फिर उद्योग के लिए बेच दे। एक यह भी बड़ी राहत दी गई है कि यदि किसान को रुपए की जरूरत है तो वह जमीन अधिग्रहण को लेकर हुए करार के आधार पर ही जमीन किसी को बेचने का सौदा कर सकता है और राशि ले सकता है, जमीन करार खरीदने वाले की हो जाएगी। पहले पायलट प्रोजेक्ट में तीन साल में 1500 एकड़ जमीन विकसित होने पर इंडस्ट्री के लिए यहां 800 से ज्यादा एकड़ जमीन उपलब्ध हो सकेगी। इसमें सौ से ज्यादा इंडस्ट्री आ सकेंगी और 10 हजार को रोजगार मिल सकेगा। इस जमीन पर आवासीय टाउनशिप, व्यावसायिक दुकान आदि के लिए भी लैंडयूज रहेगा।

मामा के रहते किसी के आंख में नहीं आएगा आंसू
सीएम शिवराज ने इस मौके पर कहा कि आपने नया इतिहास रचा है। मप्र और किसान हमारे लिए सर्वोपरि है। मामा के होते प्रदेश के किसी किसान के आंख में ना तो आंसू रहेंगे ना ही उसके चेहरे की मुस्कान कभी जाएगी। खेती के साथ उद्योग भी जरूरी हैं। हम केवल युवाओं को रोजगार देना चाहते हैं। इसीलिए मॉडल के तहत किसानों से उद्योग के लिए जमीन ले रहे हैं। हम जमीन का पूरा दाम देंगे साथ ही किसान को इसमें भागीदार भी बनाएंगे।।
वेस्ट टू एनर्जी प्लांट का भूमिपूजन और आठ टंकियों का लोकार्पण भी किया
सीएम ने लसूड़िया कैलोद हाला सिंगापुर टाउनशिप के पास शहरी पथ विक्रेताओं व अन्य हितग्राहियों को लाभ वितरण के साथ ही हितग्राहियों से संवाद किया। इसके अलावा स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत 107 करोड़ की लागत से वेस्ट टू एनर्जी प्लांट का भूमिपूजन, अमृत प्रोजेक्ट, जलप्रदाय के अंतर्गत 18.30 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित पानी की आठ टंकियां, अमृत प्रोजेक्ट सीवरेज के अंतर्गत 65.16 करोड़ से तैयार चार एसटीपी और पीपल्याहाना तालाब पर 2.95 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित 0.5 एमएलडी के एसटीपी का लोकार्पण भी किया। यह एसटीपी 2.95 करोड़ में तैयार हुआ है। इससे पीपल्याहाना तालाब ही नहीं, आसपास की 50 कॉलोनियों के बोरिंग भी रिचार्ज होंगे। स्मार्ट सिटी योजना अंतर्गत 7.19 करोड़ की लागत से इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर व 56 दुकान के विकास कार्यों के साथ 300 करोड़ से अधिक की लागत के विकास कार्यों का शुभारंभ किया।
