रायपुर। महासमुंद/ गोधन न्याय योजना जिले के पशुपालकों के लिए आर्थिक रूप से वरदान साबित हो रही है। इस योजना से किसानों को अतिरिक्त आमदनी हो रही है। वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के जरिए जैविक खेती की ओर किसान बढ़ रहे है। गोधन न्याय योजना के माध्यम से तैयार होने वाली वर्मी कम्पोस्ट खाद की बिक्री सहकारी समतियों के माध्यम से हो रही है। किसानों के साथ-साथ वन, विभाग, कृषि, उद्यानिकी, नगरीय प्रशासन को पौधरोपण एवं उद्यानिकी खेती के समय जैविक खाद भी मिलने लगा है। स्व-सहायता समूह की महिलाओं को भी रोजगार मिलने लगा है।
गोधन न्याय योजना से शुरूआत से लेकर अब तक महासंमुद जिले में 4108 गोबर विक्रेता है, इनमें 3440 सक्रिय पशुपालक गोबर विक्रेता है। इन गोबर विक्रेताओं निर्धारित दर पर अब तक 2 करोड़ 66 लाख 98 हजार रूपये का अब तक कुल एक करोड़ 33 लाख 49 हजार किलो गोबर की खरीदी की गई है। उक्त हितग्राहियों को अब तक छह किश्तों के माध्यम से अब तक 2 करोड 5 लाख 94 हजार रूपए से अधिक का भुगतान सीधे बैंक खातों के जरिए मिल चुका है। शेष राशि का भुगतान चार किश्तों में और किया जा रहा है।
जिले की महिला स्व-सहायता समूह द्वारा 93 क्विंटल 25 किलो वर्मी कम्पोस्ट खाद अब तक बेचा है। जिसके एवज में उन्हें 89 हजार 840 रूपए की कमाई हुई। महासंमुद जिले के 86 गौठानों में गोबर की खरीदी की जा रही है। सबसे कम महासंमुद ब्लाॅक के कौंआझर गौठान में और गौठानों की अपेक्षा सबसे कम केवल 15 हजार 675 किलो गोबर ही पशुपालकों द्वारा बेचा गया है।
गोधन न्याय योजना से स्थानीय लोगांे और किसानों के लिए रोजगार उपलब्ध हो रहें है। पशुओं की भी अच्छी देखभाल हो रही है। किसानों और पशुपालकों दोनो के लिए बेहतर योजना सबित हो रही है। योजना के तहत् पशुपालक पशुओं की अच्छी तरह से देखभाल कर रहें है। क्योंकि वे गोबर बेचकर आसानी से कमाई जो कर रहे है। इसके अलावा इस योजना से पशुओं के खेतों में जाने पर भी लगाम लगी है। इस योजना से गौठानों में बड़े पैमाने पर स्व-सहायता समूह की महिला वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का उत्पादन कर रही है।
अब तक सबसे अधिक गोबर की खरीदी महासंमुद ब्लाक के बम्हनी गौठान में हुई है। यहां 74 सक्रिय पशुपालकों से 8 लाख 70 हजार 853 किलो गोबर की खरीदी की गई है। सबसे कम इसी विकासखण्ड के कौंआझर गौठान में अब तक केवल 15 हजार 675 किलो गोबर की खरीदी हुई है। यहां बताना लाजमी होगा कि अबसे अधिक इसी विकासखण्ड के बम्हनी के ईश्वर यादव ने एक लाख लगभग 91 हजार रूपए का 95 हजार 500 किलो गोबर बेचा है। पशुपालक ईश्वर यादव ने फोन पर बताया कि लगभग इनके पास 55-57 गाय-भैंस है। वहीं बसना ब्लाॅक के सकरी गौठान में बिहारी पशुपालक किसान ने 60 हजार किलो से अधिक गोबर बेचकर एक लाख 20 हजार से अधिक की राशि कमाई। पशुपालकों ने बताया कि उन्हें किश्तों का भुगतान समय-समय पर आ रहा है।
