रायपुर : राज्यपाल सुश्री अनुसुईया उइके ने आज राजभवन में ई-समाधान वेबसाईट (https://esamadhan.cg.gov.in/) का लोकार्पण किया। इस वेबसाईट के माध्यम से राज्यपाल को आम जनता द्वारा भेजे गए आवेदन पत्रों को संबंधित विभागों को भेजा जाएगा। साथ ही राजभवन सचिवालय द्वारा उन आवेदनों पर की जा रही कार्यवाही एवं विभिन्न विभाग/कार्यालय स्तर पर लंबित आवेदनों की ट्रैकिंग की जा सकेगी। इससे राजभवन सचिवालय को संबंधित विभाग को भेजे गए आवेदन पत्र की स्थिति, निराकरण की अद्यतन स्थिति की मॉनिटरिंग करने में सुविधा होगी। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि आज का युग तकनीक का युग है। हर जगह पर तकनीक का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। नई तकनीकों से कार्य में गति और पारदर्शिता आती है। ई-समाधान प्रणाली से आमजनों की समस्याओं का जल्द से जल्द समाधान होगा।
एन.आई.सी. के अतिरिक्त राज्य सूचना विज्ञान अधिकारी टी.एन. सिंह ने इस संबंध में बताया कि इस वेबसाईट में राजभवन में आने वाले आवेदनों को स्कैन करके अपलोड किया जाएगा। इस वेबसाईट को संबंधित विभागों, कलेक्टोरेट और विकासखण्ड कार्यालय तक जोड़ा गया है। आवेदन अपलोड कर उसे संबंधित कार्यालयों में भेज दिया जाएगा। इससे अभी 3200 शासकीय कार्यालयों को संबद्ध किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिस-जिस कार्यालय में आवेदन पत्र अग्रेषित होते जाएंगे, उस स्थिति की जानकारी राजभवन सचिवालय को मिलती जाएगी। साथ ही आवेदक के मोबाईल नंबर में भी एस.एम.एस. के माध्यम से यह सूचना दी जाएगी। मोबाईल में एस.एम.एस की यह सुविधा जल्द प्रारंभ की जाएगी। श्री सिंह ने बताया कि इसमें विशेष बात यह है कि जो विभाग आवेदक की समस्या, मांग या शिकायत का अंतिम रूप से निराकरण करेगा और की गई कार्यवाही से राजभवन सचिवालय को अवगत कराएगा। इस वेबसाईट को जनशिकायत निवारण विभाग से संबद्ध कर दिया गया है, जिससे संबंधित विभाग को पृथक लॉगिन और पासवर्ड बनाने की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ेगी। यह वेबसाईट शुरू होने से राजभवन द्वारा आवेदन पत्रों को संबंधित कार्यालय में भेजने के लिए पत्राचार करने में लगने वाले समय की बचत होगी।
