नई दिल्ली | देश को कोरोना की वैक्सीन मिल चुकी है और केंद्र सरकार का टीकाकरण का प्लान तैयार है। केंद्र सरकार ने 30 करोड़ लोगों को टीका लगाने के लक्ष्य के साथ अपने प्लान की पूरी तैयारी कर ली है। बता दें कि नेहरू युवा केंद्र संगठनों के सेवानिवृत्त डॉक्टरों और नर्सों से लेकर होमगार्ड और सिविल डिफेंस कर्मियों और यहां तक कि वॉलिन्टियर्स तक को केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें खोज निकालेंगी जो कोरोनोवायरस बीमारी के खिलाफ दुनिया के सबसे बड़े टीकाकरण अभियान के सुचारू कार्यान्वयन के लिए उपलब्ध होंगे।
प्रत्येक टीकाकरण स्थल में होंगे ये इंतजाम
आधिकारिक दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, प्रत्येक टीकाकरण स्थल में कम से कम तीन कमरे होंगे और विशिष्ट कर्तव्यों को निभाने के लिए कई कर्मियों की आवश्यकता होगी। टीकाकरण अधिकारी 1 पुलिस, होमगार्ड, नागरिक सुरक्षा, राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (एनसीसी), राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना (एनएसएस) या नेहरू युवा केंद्र संगठन से होगा। जिसका काम वैक्सीन प्राप्तकर्ता के पंजीकरण की स्थिति की जांच करना और यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि टीकाकरण केंद्र में प्रवेश विनियमित है।
30 करोड़ लोगों के टीकाकरण का लक्ष्य
कोविड -19 के खिलाफ भारत के टीकाकरण अभियान का लक्ष्य है कि जुलाई तक 30 करोड़ लोगों को संक्रमित बीमारी से सुरक्षा प्रदान हो सके, जिसमें स्वास्थ्य देखभाल कर्मी, फ्रंट-लाइन कार्यकर्ता और संक्रमण से ज्यादा जोखिम वाले लोग शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक सत्र में न्यूनतम 100 वैक्सीन प्राप्त करने वाले बड़े सार्वजनिक और निजी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में इनका टीकाकरण किया जाएगा।
टीकाकरण अधिकारी 2 का कर्तव्य प्राप्तकर्ताओं के पहचान दस्तावेजों को सत्यापित करना होगा। अधिकारी 3 और 4 सहायक कर्मचारी होंगे जो भीड़ प्रबंधन के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे और यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि शॉट प्राप्त करने के बाद हर प्राप्तकर्ता साइट पर 30 मिनट बिताएगा, ये एक प्रतिकूल प्रतिक्रिया है। सहायक कर्मचारी टीकाकरणकर्ता के साथ-साथ टीकाकरण टीम को सूचना, शिक्षा और संचार (आईईसी) संदेश और सहायता भी प्रदान करेगा।
दो कमरों में होगी प्रक्रिया
एक ओर जहां लाभार्थियों के दस्तावेज सत्यापन और पहचान पहले कमरे में की जाएगी, वहीं दूसरे कमरे का उपयोग विशेष रूप से टीका लगाने के लिए किया जाएगा। भारतीय ड्रग अधिकारियों ने पिछले हफ्ते अनुमोदित सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया के कोविशिल्ड और भारत बायोटेक के कोवाक्सिन को प्राप्तकर्ताओं की इच्छित सूची के लिए आपातकालीन उपयोग के लिए मंजूरी दे दी है। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि कोविड -19 टीकाकरण दैनिक नहीं बल्कि सप्ताह में चुनिंदा दिनों में हो सकता है।
