लोकसभा क्षेत्र रायगढ़ सांसद श्रीमती गोमती साय की अध्यक्षता में आज जिला पंचायत के सभाकक्ष में जिला विकास समन्वय एवं निगरानी समिति दिशा की बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस अवसर पर कलेक्टर महादेव कावरे जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी के एस मंडावी जनप्रतिनिधि और जिला स्तरीय अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे। सांसद श्रीमती गोमती साय ने सभी को नववर्ष की हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोनाकाल में सभी का विशेष योगदान रहा है। आगे नया साल में सभी अपने अपने क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य करें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को शासन की योजनाओं से अधिक से अधिक ग्रामवासियों को लाभान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, ग्रामीणों को पेंशन सभी का लाभ समय पर मिले इसका विशेष ध्यान रखें। अंतिम व्यक्ति तक शासन की योजनाओं पहुंचाए ताकि हर वर्ग लाभान्वित हो सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि पीयुष बैंक की शिकायत मिल रहें हितग्राहियों के पेंशन भुगतान में इसका गंभीरता से निराकरण करने के निर्देश दिए हैं साथ ही पाठ क्षेत्र में जहां बैंक की दूरी ज्यादा है वहां पर बैंक सखी के माध्यम से उनका पेंशन का भुगतान करने के निर्देश दिए हैं ताकि हितग्राहियों को किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या न होने पाएं।
कलेक्टर महादेव कावरे ने बैठक में बताया कि मनरेगा में 2020-21 में मार्च 2021 की स्थिति में मानव दिवस 54.79 दिया गया था। 42.47 प्रतिशत प्राप्त किया गया है। उपलब्धियों का प्रतिशत 78 प्रतिशत रहा है। मनरेगा में वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 में मार्च 2021 में लक्ष्य 17350.17 राशि दिया गया है इनमें 10789.55 राशि खर्च की गई। माह दिसम्बर में 2020 की स्थिति में 12741.34 लक्ष्य दिया गया है इनमें 10789.55 कुल 85 प्रतिशत लक्ष्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के तहत 7855 स्व-सहायता समूह का गठन किया गया है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2020..21 में लक्ष्य बैंक लिंकेज 1248 समूह ने 1327.77 लाख का किया गया है। बैंक में जमा लिंकेज प्रकरण 1818 समूह द्वारा 2162.20 लाख रुपए है । बीसी सखी 2021 में 126 है। दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल योजना अंतर्गत लक्ष्य 1978 लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 1039 और प्लेसमेंट 255 लोगों को कराया गया है। इसी प्रकार राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक सहायता कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत वर्ष 2020-21 में राष्ट्रीय वृद्धावस्था लाभान्वित हितग्राहियों की संख्या 24390 है। राष्ट्रीय विधवा पेंशन से 5574 हितग्राहियों को लाभान्वित किया गया है। दिव्यांग पेंशन योजना से 688 हितग्राहियों को लाभान्वित किया गया है।
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना अंतर्गत लक्ष्य 4637 है। इनमें से 3565 का डीपीआर तैयार किया गया है। जिसके अंतर्गत पूर्ण आवास की संख्या 1108 है जिसकी स्वीकृति कुल लागत 10384.691 प्राप्त राशि 3065.86 है। इनमें व्यय की गई राशि 2939.56 है। स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अंतर्गत 6406 वित्तीय वर्ष 2018,19,2020 में पूर्ण 6292 है ओडीएफ 5 नगरीय निकाय को पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। पेय जल कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत 16385 में 16211 हैंड पंप कार्य कर रहे हैं। सौर ऊर्जा योजना अंतर्गत 485 स्वीकृति है इनमें 485 पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। डिजिटल भारत भू अभिलेख का आधुनिकीकरण कार्यक्रम में कुल खसरो की संख्या 104125 है ।कुल भूमि स्वामी 269674 है आधार नंबर 222167 है और किसान किताब 116332 है।
सांसद ने दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्राम जयोति योजना,श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रुबन मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना स्वास्थ्य विभाग की खनिज न्याय निधि की समीक्षा की। स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ने बताया कि गर्भ पंजीयन 20835 लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 13589 है संस्थागत प्रसव 18941 लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध 11817 किया टीकाकरण 12093 लोगों का टिकाकरण महिला बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा पूरक पोषण आहार 76221 लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध उपलब्धी 74341 महतारी जतन योजना 7487 लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध में उपलब्धि 7417 है। प्रधानमंत्री मातृत्व वंदना योजना 2997 लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध उपलब्धि 1493 शामिल है। मध्यान्ह भोजन कुल संचालित स्कूलों की संख्या 2268 है एवं लाभान्वित 102865 है।खनिज न्याय निधि के अन्तर्गत जिले को कुल प्राप्त आबंटन 161.197 है। कुल स्वीकृत कार्य संख्या 1660 है। कुल स्वीकृत राशि 176.010 करोड़ है। प्रगति कार्य की संख्या 666 पूर्ण कार्य की संख्या 850 है।
