-उच्च शिक्षामंत्री पटेल ने अमलडीहा में गौठान का किया लोकार्पण
उच्च शिक्षामंत्री उमेश पटेल ने आज रायगढ़ जिले के विकासखण्ड पुसौर के ग्राम अमलडीहा में बने गौठान का लोकार्पण किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि गौठान और वहां संचालित गोधन न्याय योजना से आजीविका संवर्धन के साथ ही ग्रामवासियों को बहुत से लाभ मिल रहे हैं। गोबर खरीदी एवं वर्मी कम्पोस्ट निर्माण से रोजगार के अवसर तो बढ़े ही हैं, वर्मी कम्पोस्ट से फसल उत्पादन में जैविक खाद के उपयोग को भी बढ़ावा मिल रहा है। पशुधन की अच्छे से देखरेख हो रही है। गौठानों में बाड़ी विकास अंतर्गत स्थानीय स्तर पर ही सब्जियां उगायी जा रही हैं। मछली पालन एवं मुर्गीपालन जैसी गतिविधियां भी संचालित है। जिससे खाद्य गुणवत्ता व पोषण स्तर में सुधार हो रहा है।
मंत्री पटेल ने जनसंपर्क के दौरान ग्राम टेका व पचेड़ा में विभिन्न निर्माण कार्यों का लोकार्पण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने उच्च शिक्षा के लिये किये जा रहे प्रयासों के संबंध में कहा कि शहीद नंद कुमार पटेल विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में जिले के लिए एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। रायगढ़ जिले में यूनिवर्सिटी की स्थापना होने से विद्यार्थियों को अपने शैक्षणिक कार्यों के लिये यूनिवर्सिटी तक जाने के लिये लम्बा सफर नहीं तय करना पड़ेगा। कुसमरा और चपले में कॉलेज खुलने से आसपास के ग्रामीण विद्यार्थियों को भी उच्च शिक्षा ग्रहण करने में अब ज्यादा सुविधा होगी। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीणों के मांग व आवश्यकता के अनुरूप ही उनके गांव में निर्माण हेतु कार्ययोजना तैयार की जाएगी। उन्होंने ग्रामवासियों की मांग पर ग्राम पंचायत पचेड़ा में सांस्कृतिक मंच निर्माण की घोषणा की और बताया कि तारापुर से ग्राम टेका तक रोड निर्माण की स्वीकृति जल्द मिल जायेगी।
इस दौरान मंत्री पटेल के समक्ष ग्रामवासियों ने अपनी समस्यायें भी रखी। जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से पेंशन, राशन कार्ड में त्रुटि सुधार, राजस्व से जुड़े मामले शामिल थे। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि समस्याओं का त्वरित निराकरण करें। इस अवसर पर जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष निराकार पटेल, जिला पंचायत सदस्य आकाश मिश्रा, अध्यक्ष जनपद पंचायत पुसौर सुशील भोय, सदस्य जनपद पंचायत गुलाब लहरे, सरपंच ग्राम पंचायत पचेड़ा ईश्वर पटेल सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि व ग्रामवासी बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।
