नई दिल्ली । महामारी कोरोना वायरस के चलते ऑफिस के काम करने में काफी बदलाव देखने को मिला है। कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए कार्यस्थलों पर वर्क फ्रॉम होम की सुविधा भी दी जा रही है। इसके तहत कर्मचारी अपना ऑफिस का काम घर से ही कर सकते हैं। वहीं अब सरकार ऐसे नियम लाने पर विचार कर रही है, जिसके तहत कर्मचारियों को वर्क फ्रॉम होम के विकल्प को चुनने का मौका मिल सकेगा। श्रम मंत्रालय ने इसके लिए एक ड्राफ्ट जारी किया है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार नए कानून के ड्राफ्ट में माइनिंग, मैनुफैक्चरिंग और सर्विस सेक्टर के कर्मचारियों को शामिल किया जाएगा।
आईटी सेक्टर को मिलेगी सहूलियत- श्रम मंत्रालय के वर्क फ्रॉम होम ड्राफ्ट के अनुसार आईटी सेक्टर को कई सहूलियत मिल सकती है। इस ड्राफ्ट में आईटी कर्मचारियों को वर्किंग ऑवर की भी छूट मिल सकती है। श्रम मंत्रालय के अनुसार आईटी सेक्टर में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा के लिए भी ड्राफ्ट में प्रावधान रखा गया है। श्रम मंत्रालय के अनुसार सर्विस सेक्टर की जरूरत के हिसाब से पहली बार अलग मॉडल तैयार किया गया है।
ड्राफ्ट में कई अन्य सहूलियत- नए ड्राफ्ट में सभी श्रमिकों के लिए रेल यात्रा की सुविधा का भी प्रावधान रखा गया है। इससे पहले ये सुविधा केवल खनन क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों के लिए ही थी। वहीं नए ड्राफ्ट में अनुशासन तोड़ने पर सजा का प्रावधान भी रखा गया है। सरकार ने ड्राफ्ट पर मांगे सुझाव- श्रम मंत्रालय ने न्यू इडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन कोड पर आम लोगों से सुझाव मांगे हैं। यदि आप अपने सुझाव भेजना चाहते हैं तो 30 दिनों के भीतर श्रम मंत्रालय के पास भेज सकते हैं। वहीं उम्मीद की जा रही है कि श्रम मंत्रालय इस कानून को अप्रैल में लागू कर सकती है।
