गाजियाबाद | गाजियाबाद में श्मशान हादसे में सोमवार को ईओ निहारिका सिंह, जेई चंद्रपाल सिंह और सुपरवाइजर आशीष को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। ठेकेदार अजय त्यागी अभी फरार है। शासन की सख्ती के बाद कमिश्नर अनीता सी मेश्राम और पुलिस महानिरीक्षक प्रवीण कुमार ने रविवार की रात अधिकारियों के साथ मोदीनगर तहसील में बैठकर स्थिति की समीक्षा की थी। इसके बाद दोनों अधिकारियों के निर्देश पर देर रात में ही मुरादनगर कोतवाली पुलिस ने नगर पालिका की ईओ, जेई, सुपरवाइजर और ठेकेदार के खिलाफ गैर इरातदन हत्या, काम में लापरवाही व भ्रष्टाचार आदि के आरोपों में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया था।पुलिस में मृतक जयराम के पुत्र दीपक ने तहरीर दी है। इसमें बताया है कि उनके पिता जयराम की शनिवार की रात मौत हो गई थी। अंतिम संस्कार के लिए उनके रिश्तेदार और पास पड़ोस के लिए श्मशान आए थे। जहां श्रद्धांजलि के दौरान बरामदे का लेंटर गिर गया। इसमें 23 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि 20 से अधिक लोग घायल हो गए हैं। उन्होंने अपनी तहरीर में आरोप लगाया है कि ईओ समेत अन्य अधिकारियों ने ठेकेदार के साथ मिलीभगत कर घटिया निर्माण सामग्री का इस्तेमाल किया। जिसकी वजह से यह हादसा हुआ है। उन्होंने अपनी तहरीर में अधिकारियों को इस हादसे और हादसे में हुई मौतों को जिम्मेदार बताते हुए इनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक कलानिधि नैथानी ने बताया कि तहरीर के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। उधर, मुरादनगर कोतवाली पुलिस ने बताया कि इस मामले में दो तीन लोगों को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है।
ऐसे हुआ था हादसा :
मुरादनगर बंबा मार्ग पर स्थित श्मशान घाट के पास रविवार को जयराम 72 के अंतिम संस्कार के लिए परिवार और आस-पड़ोस के लोग आए थे। अंतिम संस्कार के बाद लोग जाने ही वाले थे। इससे पहले ही छह गिरने से हादसा हो गया। हादसा अचानक हुआ कि इसमें चीख-पुकार भी नहीं सुनने को मिली। वहां मौजूद घायलों का कहना है कि जो लोग लेंटर में दब गए उनकी आवाज नहीं सुनी और जो बच गए वह सदमें में हैं। घायल लोगों ने अपने नजदीकि लोगों को फोन करके बुलाया, हादसे के करीब एक घंटे बाद वहां एंबुलेंस पहुंचनी शुरू हो गई। इससे पहले मलबे में दबे कुछ लोगों को निकालकर नजदीक के अस्पताल में पहुंचाया गया। इसके बाद जेसीबी की सहायता से दीवार को हटाकर वहां दबे लोगों को निकाला गया। परिजनों के अनुसार करीब 50 से ज्यादा लोग मौके पर थे।
रविवार दोपहर करीब दो बजे जिला एमएमजी अस्पताल में एंबुलेंस घायल को लेकर पहुंचने लगी, उसमें से सभी मृतक थे। इमरजेंसी में पहुंचने के बाद चिकित्सकों ने अधिकांश मरीजों को मृत घोषित कर दिया। बता दें करीब 15 मृतकों के शव एक घंटे में अस्पताल में पहुंच गए। मृतकों के परिजन एक उम्मीद के साथ अस्पताल में पहुंचे थे कि घायल के उपचार के बाद वापस ले जाएंगे, लेकिन एंबुलेंस से नीचे उतरते ही वह मृत अवस्था में मिल रहे। ऐसे में अधिकांश परिजन अस्पताल में ही सदमें में बैठ गए। अस्पताल परिसर में ही कोहराम मच गया था। घटना के बाद लगातार सभी अस्पतालों से एंबुलेस मौके पर पहुंच गई थी। करीब 20 से ज्यादा एंबुलेंस में मृतक और घायलों को अस्पताल में भेजा गया था। इसमें कुछ लोग निजी कार और बस में बैठकर अस्पताल पहुंचे थे।
समय से मिल जाता उपचार, तो बच जाती जान
मेरठ में रहने वाले जयवीर सिंह (50) पूरी तरह से मलबे में दबे थे और उनके केवल गर्दन ही बाहर थी। उन्हें मलबे से निकालकर सूर्या अस्पताल भेजा गया। उनके साथ उनके भतीजे भी थे। सूरज ने बताया कि अस्पताल में करीब एक घंटे तक जयवीर को कोई उपचार नहीं मिल सका। तब तक जयवीर उनसे बातचीत कर रहे थे। अस्पताल में उनका एक्स-रे आदि किया गया, लेकिन उन्हें कोई दवाई नहीं दी गई। लगभग एक घंटे बाद जयवीर ने कहा कि उनका दम घुट रहा है और उन्हें बाथरूम जाना है। इसके बाद उनकी हालत बिगड़ गई और कुछ ही देर में उन्होंने दम तोड़ दिया।
