रायपुर: किसानों को उनकी मेहनत एवं उपज का सही और वाजिब प्रतिफल दिलाने में छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार सबसे आगे है। समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदने से अब सही मायनों में किसानों और कृषि की स्थिति में निरंतर सुधार हो रहा है। यह कहना है धरसीवां विकासखंड के ग्राम अकोली के किसान हरक राम वर्मा का।
किसान वर्मा ने बताया कि वे संयुक्त परिवार में रहते हैं। उनके तथा उनकी पत्नी दोनों के नाम से लगभग 6 एकड़ खेती की जमीन है। वे अपने दो बेटा, बहुएं तथा उनके दो दो छोटे-छोटे बच्चों के साथ रहते हैं। खेती के अलावा परिवार का और कोई अतिरिक्त आय का साधन नहीं है।
उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले वर्ष खरीफ की खेती में लगभग सौ क्विंटल धान का उत्पादन हुआ था। उन्होंने कृषि सहकारी समिति मोहदी में स्वयं के नाम से 35.20 क्विंटल तथा पत्नी के नाम से 28 क्विंटल धान का विक्रय किया था । श्री वर्मा ने कहा कि सरकार ने अपना वादा पूरा करते हुए 2,500 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल समर्थन मूल्य के आधार पर धान को क्रय किया था। जिसके अंतर की राशि को राज्य शासन बोनस राशि के रूप में राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के तहत प्रदान कर रही है।
राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के तहत 6,300 रुपये की तीन किस्तें मिली। इस तरह कुल 18,900 रूपये की अतिरिक्त राशि उनके बैंक खाते में जमा हुई। इसी प्रकार उसकी पत्नी को 52,00 रुपये के तीन किस्तों में कुल 15,600 रूपये मिली। उन्होंने बताया कि आज के समय में खेती करना एक खर्चीला काम है। सरकार ने सही वक्त पर बोनस की राशि दिया, जिससे किसानों की स्थिति में लगातार सुधार हो रहा है। बोनस की राशि का उपयोग कृषि में ही लगा रहे हैं इससे कृषि उत्पादन में और बढ़ोतरी हो सकेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बोनस राशि मिलने से प्रदेश के सभी किसानों में खुशी का माहौल है।
